The production processes is widely verticalized: machining, heat treatment, grinding and assembly. These processes are performed in-house and under a strict quality management system. Tianchi Bearing has 16 CNC machining centers, 6 dedicated production lines for OEM customers, 22 grinding lines, and 15 fully automated assembly lines. The Company is equipped with advanced heat treatment facilities, continuous atmosphere-protective quenching furnace, a vacuum quenching furnace, -80 degree Celsius ice-cooling treatment equipment, and multiple thermostats, which ensure our products meets the requirements of high precision, stability and reliability.
